Character Details

Backstory

Jynx was born in the Hive Ward to a tiefling mother who worked as a seamstress and a father who may or may not have been a fiend — she never asked and he never said. She grew up running messages between faction headquarters, learning that in Sigil, information is the only currency that never devalues. By fifteen she was a full tout, guiding clueless primes through the Cage and selling portal keys to the desperate. Now she knows more about Sigil's secrets than most faction leaders, and she plays them all against each other with a performer's flair. The Lady of Pain is the only power in the Cage that Jynx genuinely fears — and the only one she never jokes about.

Personality Trait

"I use Sigil cant in every sentence. If a berk can't scan the chant, that's their problem."

Ideal

"Knowledge. Every secret is a key, and every key opens a door. In Sigil, that's literal."

Bond

"The Cage is my home. I'll fight any blood who threatens its balance."

Flaw

"I'd sell my own shadow if the price was right. Loyalty is a luxury I can't afford."

A small, quick tiefling with a sharp smile and horns that curve back elegantly along her skull. She dresses in patchwork layers of fabric from a dozen different planes — Bytopian silk, Gehenna leather, Arborean linen — and every piece of jewelry she wears doubles as a portal key to somewhere.
