Character Details
Brunhilde led a mercenary company called the Iron Anvils across the Flanaess before a contract took her through a portal to the City of Doors. In Sigil, she found a city where every job was stranger than the last and the pay was in currencies from a hundred worlds. She thrived — until Vecna's agents started hiring mercenaries for jobs that ended in mass disappearances. When the Iron Anvils took one such contract and only Brunhilde walked out, she swore vengeance. Now she fights Vecna's cult not for cosmic stakes but for the friends she lost.
"I negotiate payment before I draw my weapon. A professional has standards."
"Loyalty. I stand by my contract and my comrades, in that order."
"The Iron Anvils are gone because of Vecna's servants. I owe them blood."
"I measure every situation in gold and risk. Altruism makes me suspicious."
