Character Details
Silvara grew up among the Kagonesti, the wild elves of Southern Ergoth who rejected the civilized ways of the Silvanesti and Qualinesti. She was trained as a scout and huntress, learning to read the forest like a book and to move through the trees like a shadow. When refugees from the conquered Qualinesti lands began arriving on Ergoth's shores with tales of the dragonarmies' brutality, Silvara felt the call to act. Despite her people's isolationist traditions, she could not stand by while Ansalon burned. She left the forests alone, armed with her grandfather's longbow and a burning determination to strike back against Takhisis's forces wherever she found them.
"I prefer the company of animals to people. The forest never lies, never betrays, and never disappoints."
"Freedom. The wild places of the world must be protected from those who would despoil them, whether they fly dragon banners or not."
"The ancient forests of Ergoth are sacred. If they fall to the dragonarmies, something irreplaceable will be lost from the world forever."
"I distrust civilization and its institutions. Cities are prisons of stone, and I grow anxious and irritable when trapped within their walls."
